This Privacy Policy explains how Wiggle Waggle Games ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares information when you use our mobile games, including Waddle Mart (together, the "Games"), and this website. By using our Games you agree to the practices described here.

The short version: we don't ask for your name, email address or account details to play. Our Games are free and show ads, which means our advertising partners (Google AdMob and Unity Ads) collect device identifiers and usage data so that ads can be served and measured. If you buy "Remove Ads", the payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google. You can limit ad tracking at any time from your device settings.

1. Information we collect

We do not require you to create an account and we do not knowingly collect information that identifies you by name. Your game progress is stored only on your device. Our advertising partners may automatically collect:

We may also receive:

2. How we use information

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing with advertising partners may count as "selling" or "sharing" under certain US state laws; see section 6.

3. Third-party services

Our Games use the following third-party services, which may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

4. Advertising and your choices

Apple devices (iOS / iPadOS)

On iOS 14.5 and later we ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before accessing your IDFA for tracking. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised using tracking across other companies' apps and websites. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Android devices

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in Settings > Google > Ads (the exact path may vary by device).

Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we show a consent message (using Google's User Messaging Platform or a similar tool) when you first open the Game. It lets you accept or refuse personalised ads and related data processing. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy settings option in the Game. If you do not consent, you may see non-personalised ads.

5. Legal bases (EEA / UK users)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

7. Data retention and deletion

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes above. Data collected by our advertising partners is kept according to their own retention policies, linked in section 3. Game progress stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the Game. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request.

To request deletion of your data, email us at [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the name of the Game and the device type you play on. We will delete data we hold and ask our partners to do the same within 30 days. Uninstalling the Game stops all further data collection, and resetting your device's advertising ID breaks the link to previously collected advertising data.

8. Children's privacy

Our Games are designed for a general audience and are suitable for players of all ages, but they are not specifically directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If our partners are told that a user may be a child, ads are limited to non-personalised, family-friendly content. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. International transfers

Our partners may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.

12. Contact us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, contact us at [email protected].
